Sumario:Building regulations and academic architecture teaching encourage filling in the gaps in already densified areas with more density, saturating services and complicating social coexistence in the City of Buenos Aires. One of the problems caused by vertical densification is addressed in this thesis: the trending decline and almost extinction of individual housing. A change in its paradigm as a building prototype is proposed, through a generative system of Heresies or porous architectural morphologies between the stability of the party walls of hermetic collective housing, as new possibilities for individual urban living.
