This third part has two components which are: First. A descriptive analisis what "El Comité Del Pueblo" was about as a social organization and the place which it had in the territory; second. A present situation analisis as a reference to the experience of the Social Organization Pro Vivienda Popular Comité del Pueblo which let me establish conclusions according to the theoric components and proposed objectives.\nThe fourth and last part is proposed a set of conclusions as in theoric aspect as in the practical development of the investigation which let verify the hipothesis and objectives set in the thesis. |

Buenos Aires, Argentina Carrión, Diego Motta, Martín América Latina Quito Ecuador 1970-2015 Bedoya Barros, Fernando Sebastián 2019-10-03 El trabajo que se presenta a continuación está constituido por cuatro partes.\nLa primera aborda el marco conceptual sobre el que se fundamenta el argumento del trabajo, estructurado por los componentes teóricos definidos en el tema propuesto; es decir, en primer lugar por: la producción de la ciudad y el acceso al suelo, reconociendo en estos el modelo capitalista de urbanización, y a través de su marco teórico crítico el planteamiento de la producción social del hábitat como forma alternativa de producción de las ciudades latinoamericanas. Como segundo componente, de esta primera parte, se propone la aproximación teórico-práctica del desarrollo territorial, reconociendo a través del contexto nacional del caso de estudio las variables que deberán ser consideradas, para definir si en el período propuesto es posible concluir que en el área de estudio existió un proceso de desarrollo. Como tercer y último componente de esta primera parte se propone identificar la situación de las organizaciones sociales en el contexto latinoamericano, sus características y aportes, así como también precisar el desarrollo de esta temática en el Ecuador.\nEn la segunda parte se realiza el desarrollo de la estructura metodológica, la construcción de la muestra y la definición de las variables de análisis por medio de las que se busca desarrollar el trabajo de campo necesario.\nLa tercera parte del trabajo: el desarrollo del caso de estudio, el Comité del Pueblo, como parte de la estructura urbana de la ciudad de Quito y como organización social que buscó el acceso al suelo para los sectores populares.
