We propose the development of a methodological analysis model based on Peircean semiotics that allows us to address, deeply and extensively, the socio-statal interface sign in its firstness, secondness, and thirdness. And, from there, contribute to the heuristic power of the evaluation and analysis methods present in the user, such as the UX (User Experience) methodology or the UCD (User-Centered Design) methodology. In short, we believe that a logical-operative research field as the Peirce Semiotics can significantly update the ways we approach and evaluate these types of interfaces. This work will evaluate the concept of the socio-statal interface (ISE) itself in terms of meaning-making, and from there, propose an analysis method that allows us to expand its understanding beyond the simple ponderation of its operative function. And thus, inquire into its ways of meaning-making in the proposed political negotiations between the State and its people (Roberts, 2001). |

Buenos Aires, Argentina Aceval, Martín Gómez Gómez, Jhon Mario 2023-04-28 En la presente investigación se plantea el diseño de un modelo de análisis que permita evaluar las dimensiones significantes de las llamadas "interfaces socio estatales" (ISE), específicamente de aquellas interfaces que circulan en entornos web. Proponemos desarrollar un modelo de análisis metodológico basado en la semiótica peirceana, que nos permita abordar, de una manera profunda y extensa, el signo "interfaz socio estatal" (ISE) en su primeridad, segundidad y terceridad; y desde allí aportar a la potencia heurística de los métodos de evaluación y análisis que están presentes en las metodologías de desarrollo de interfaces, especialmente en aquellas centradas en el usuario, como la metodología UX (user experience) o la metodología DCU (diseño centrado en usuario). En suma, creemos que un campo de investigación lógico-operativo como la semiología de Peirce puede renovar de manera significativa las formas de aproximación y evaluación de este tipo específico de interfaces.
