Throughout its implementation, the project shifted toward a logic of urban entrepreneurialism, and despite having taken into account the needs of the previously settled community, the characteristics of its implementation and temporal evolution -with its actions and omissions- cast doubt on the inclusive and distributive aspects of this intervention. |

Tomando como estudio de caso el Barrio Parque Donado-Holmberg, y situado desde un posicionamiento crítico, se focaliza particularmente en los aspectos distributivos e inclusivos que este tipo de intervenciones pueden contemplar.\nEste proyecto, desarrollado en la ciudad de Buenos Aires desde el año 2009, fue el producto de un amplio devenir histórico de problemáticas habitacionales y tensiones socio-territoriales. En esta intervención, y a diferencia de otros Grandes Proyectos Urbanos, la urbanización es propuesta en un sector con población previamente radicada, una característica que le va a conferir una notable singularidad.\nLos resultados alcanzados expondrán cómo el caso de estudio fue reflejo de la transición de distintas estrategias de intervención a través del tiempo, señalando la inclusión de nuevas agendas y la adaptación a demandas emergentes.
